How it works
Discovery, wiring, deploy, maintain — the same four steps every Threadbay engagement runs through, in the same fixed order, with the same outcome-priced posture underneath each one.
Step 01 · Discovery
What happens in step 01
We start with the systems you already pay for — the calendar your team lives in, the CRM holding the lead pipeline, the phone system carrying the calls. We map the call and SMS flows end-to-end, document where calls roll to voicemail, which forms go un-triaged overnight, and which reminders never reach the prospect. By the end of discovery we have a written shortlist of the gaps that lose calls, lose leads, and lose booked slots — the ones an outcome-priced agent will close.
Step 02 · Wiring
What happens in step 02
Wiring is API-level work: we connect the AI agent to the calendars, CRM, and phone systems that already run your business. There is no parallel interface for your team to learn, no “we have an app for that” pitch. Your staff keeps using the same tools. The agent shows up inside those tools — booking slots where the booking should land, logging calls where the logs should live, queuing handoffs where the team already checks. Integrations are configured to your current rules, not the other way around.
What we wire into
Office-based practices
Google Calendar + HubSpot + RingCentral
Calendar holds the slot, CRM holds the lead, phone carries the call — answered, qualified, and booked end-to-end.
Home services
Jobber + Twilio
Jobber owns the dispatch; Twilio carries the SMS confirmations and the TCPA-safe reminder cadence.

What happens in step 03
Configuration is written, scripts are tuned to your voice and your qualification criteria, and the agent is flipped from sandbox to live. We monitor the first real calls closely — catching any phrasing that sounds off, any qualification question that mis-fires, any booking handoff that drops. When the first calls come in clean and the first SMS confirmations land, the agent is on. Deploy is the point where recovered calls, booked slots, and qualified handoffs actually start counting.
Step 04 · Maintain
What happens in step 04
A small business is not a static target. Pricing changes, hours change, services change, the CRM schema changes, the call-routing rules change, the qualification criteria change. We handle it. Weekly tuning passes keep scripts current, fold new edge cases into qualification, and reset the agent when your systems of record shift. Nobody on your side needs to file a ticket or learn the wiring. The agent stays current because someone whose job it is makes it stay current.
